What is the process of teen coaching?

In weekly 50-minute virtual coaching sessions, I guide teenagers in evaluating different aspects of their lives. We identify areas of contentment and areas for improvement.

Together, we envision their ideal future to foster hope—imagining how it would look and feel. Subsequently, we establish small, self-directed goals to move closer to that vision.

Throughout the process, we explore the qualities that shape the individual—their strengths, values, and personality type—and transform their challenges and weaknesses into tools for creating the life they aspire to.
